OPS Software Function Introduction:
1.Flexible connection and management of handwriting tablets. In the settings interface, users can personally name the connected handwriting notebooks for quick identification and management. The system supports a maximum of 60 handwriting notebooks connected. It should be noted that a Bluetooth hub is required for every additional 10 handwriting notebooks to ensure stable connection and facilitate large-scale device collaboration.
2.Flexible meeting modes. Users can choose collaborative mode or non-collaborative mode according to their own requirements, which is fully adapted to different meeting scenarios and participation scales. However, before switching from collaborative mode to non-collaborative mode, it is necessary to save the current collaborative content, otherwise the records will be cleared.
3.Diverse display functions. In non-collaborative mode, you can select the display mode from single-screen, dual-screen, quad-screen, eight-screen and right-side mode according to your needs. It can realize that multiple people's notes are displayed on the corresponding pages of the screen.
4.Convenient file management. Users can easily import required files into the software by clicking "Upload" to add rich materials to the written content. After the meeting, click "Save" to save the meeting discussion content for easy storage and subsequent sending to participants.
